Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TICKR.TV ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to participate in token-denominated transactions (subscriptions, tips, TTS).

3. Accounts and wallets

The Service uses an embedded Solana wallet provided by Privy. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We do not custody your private keys.

4. Tokens, transactions, and fees

Subscriptions, tips, and TTS messages are denominated in the streamer's SPL token and route through Meteora as on-chain swaps. Network fees, slippage, and Meteora pool fees apply to every transaction. We do not guarantee the value of any token. Token launches are non-refundable.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you stream or upload. By streaming or uploading, you grant TICKR.TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, distribute, and display that content while it is on the Service.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to broadcast illegal content, infringe intellectual property, harass others, manipulate token markets, or otherwise abuse the platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. On termination, on-chain assets in your wallet remain yours; off-chain account data may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Cryptocurrency is volatile. We make no warranties as to availability, suitability, or financial outcomes.
