How tickr works
Subs, tips, TTS — all denominated in the streamer's token. Buy pressure goes up; creator fees route back.

Getting started

Visit tickr.tv, click Log In / Sign Up, and pick a method: email, Google, X, or Discord. Privy will provision an embedded Solana wallet for you in the background — no seed phrase to back up.

Once you're in, the homepage shows live channels. Click any one to open the watch page. From there you can Follow, Subscribe, Tip, or send a TTS message.

For streamers

1. Set up your token

In Creator Studio, you'll be prompted to either connect an existing SPL token or launch a new one through our Meteora DBC integration. Existing tokens need a Meteora pool — if your token doesn't have one yet, you can seed it from the Studio.

2. Configure your stream

Set a title, category, and tags. Studio shows you a Server URL and a Stream Key — paste them into OBS:

OBS → Settings → Stream Service: Custom Server: rtmp://rtmp.livepeer.com/live Stream Key: <your stream key from Studio>

3. Go live

Click Start Streaming in OBS. Your channel goes live within a few seconds. Viewers can find you in the live grid, sub with your token, tip on stream, and queue TTS messages.

For viewers

Find a stream you like, then:

Subscribe— recurring monthly support, paid in the streamer's token. You get a tier badge in chat and access to subscriber-only chat modes when active.

Tip— one-off support. Pick a preset (0.05 / 0.5 / 2 SOL) or a custom amount. The tip routes through the streamer's Meteora pool as a buy.

TTS — your message gets read aloud on stream. Same buy mechanic, fixed at 0.1 SOL per message.

How tickr works under the hood

Every viewer action is a denominated buy of the streamer's token. When you click Subscribe, your SOL is auto-routed through Meteora as a swap into the streamer's token. The token sits in your wallet — you actually own it. The streamer captures Meteora creator fees on the buy side of every transaction.

That's the wedge: engagement creates buy pressureon the streamer's token while feeding them creator fees. Viewers accumulate equity in channels they care about. No platform middleman, no closed-loop points system, no proprietary token.

The crypto rails stay invisible. You click Subscribe; the swap happens in the background.
